How to Make Air Fryer Tofu

Extra firm tofu Soy sauce Maple syrup Vegetable broth Nutritional yeast Onion & garlic powder


Press tofu in a tofu press for at least 10 minutes. Slice the tofu into 1" cubes or slice into your preferred shape and size.

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the marinade ingredients. Add the tofu to the bowl and toss to coat.

Step 2

Optional: Marinade the tofu for 15 minutes to an hour. Or skip this step and move on to the next step.

Step 3

Place the tofu on a lightly oiled air fryer rack. Air fry at 400F for 12-14 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Step 4

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or use as the main protein in grain bowls, tacos, pasta, etc.
