BBQ Chickpeas (Stove top or Roasted)

These BBQ chickpeas add flavor and protein to bowls, tacos, and salads. All you need are 2 main ingredients to make them.
For stove top: heat skillet with oil over medium heat. Add chickpeas, BBQ sauce, and salt. Stir to coat chickpeas and cook for 8-10 minutes.
At this point, they are ready but if you prefer crispier chickpeas, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Roasted: Preheat oven at 425F. Toss chickpeas with oil and salt and bake for 20 minutes. Add BBQ sauce and then bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
