These cinnamon spiced oats are soft yet sliceable and make the perfect fall breakfast!
What you'll need
Make a flax egg by whisking together ground flax and water. You can also use 2 eggs.
Whisk together all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Add to a lightly oiled 11x11 or similarly sized baking dish.
Top with toasted pecans (optional).
Bake until firm in the center. It will still be soft but should be sliceable after cooling.
