These baked fritters are ready in just 30 minutes and are loaded with aromatic flavor from curry powder, cilantro, and garlic.
Add all ingredients, except for the flour and flax egg, to a food processor.
Pulse until the chickpeas are mostly broken down. Then fold in the flour and flax egg.
Bake at 350F for 20-22 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Place on baking sheet
Serve with quinoa, roasted veggies, and a drizzle of tahini. Or wrap in pita with hummus!
