Honey Garlic Tofu

The perfect blend of sweet & savory flavors. Ready in less than 30 minutes, it's an easy way to jazz up meals and great for meal prep.

Ingredients

Start by pressing tofu for at least 10 minutes. Cut into 1/2 to 3/4 inch-sized pieces.

Whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, vegetable broth, and garlic powder.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook tofu for 8-10 minutes, until edges are golden and tofu is firm.

Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until garlic is golden and aromatic.

Reduce heat and pour in the sauce. It should be bubbling gently on medium heat.
