Whisk together all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Slowly pour in the wet ingredients like the non-dairy milk and pumpkin puree.
Whisk everything together until completely smooth. This is the pumpkin pie filling.
This pie uses one 9" vegan pie crust, which you can make at home or buy at the store.
Add the pumpkin pie filling to the pie crust. It should be almost full but not overflowing.
How to tell the pie is ready:
The edges should be firm
The pie crust will be golden
The center will be a little jiggly but NOT liquid!
It will still need to cool 4 hours after leaving the oven
top with dairy-free whipped cream & enjoy!
