LEMON POPPY SEED COOKIES
filled with lemon flavor ready in 20 minutes soft, chewy and 100% vegan!
What you'll need
Make a "flax egg" by mixing together ground flaxseed and water
Stir together white sugar, brown sugar and melted butter
Add the flax egg, vanilla extract and lemon extract
Add dry ingredients and stir to form cookie dough
Bake at 350 F for 8-10 minutes
Bake until the edges are golden. The center will still be soft.
