These cinnamon rolls are perfectly pumpkin spiced, ultra tender and topped with a decadent buttercream frosting!

What you'll need

mostly pantry staples!

Bloom yeast with warm water until light and foamy.

Making the dough

Mix together all ingredients, except for flour, in a mixing bowl until smooth.

Slowly mix in the flour until the dough is pulling away from the sides of the bowl but still wet.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, turning to coat. Let rest until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough once it is doubled in size.

Roll out the dough into a 12x15 inch rectangle. Brush with cinnamon sugar filling.

Roll up tightly into a log along the long side edge.

Slice the log into 1 inch pieces to make the individual cinnamon rolls.

Bake in the oven until golden, about 18-20 minutes total.

Let rise until doubled in size

Make the buttercream frosting. It will be super smooth and fluffy!

Frost the pumpkin cinnamon rolls with as much frosting as you like.
