Make the teriyaki sauce:
Whisk together all ingredients in a small container until sugar is mostly dissolved.

Heat a large non-stick skillet between medium-high to high heat, add oil. Add carrot, green onion and edamame.

Once cooked through, add the quinoa and teriyaki sauce. It's best if the quinoa is cold!
