Made with whatever veggies you have on hand, edamame and teriyaki sauce!

Main Ingredients

Make the teriyaki sauce:  Whisk together all ingredients in a small container until sugar is mostly dissolved.

Heat a large non-stick skillet between medium-high to high heat, add oil. Add carrot, green onion and edamame.

Once cooked through, add the quinoa and teriyaki sauce. It's best if the quinoa is cold!

Stir it all together and add extra green onions, sesame seeds, and salt & pepper to taste!
