What you'll need
Add all seeds and seasonings to a heat-safe bowl. Mix in boiling water.
Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes. Then spread out on a baking sheet in a thin layer.
Bake until firm and golden, rotating the pan in the oven as needed for even cooking.
Let cool for 10 minutes. This firms the seed crackers and makes them easier to break.
Use your hands to break them into rough, cracker-sized pieces.
