Sweet Potato Hash

This sweet potato hash is cooked on the stove in a skillet using simple ingredients!

What you'll need

Start by pan-frying the sweet potatoes until golden on some sides.


Reduce the heat. Cover with a lid and steam until the sweet potatoes are softened, 15-20 minutes.


Add in the peppers, seasonings, and onions. Continue cooking until golden.


The sweet potato hash is ready when some pieces are blackening and the potato is completely tender.


To serve with eggs, crack 3-4 eggs on top then cover with a lid. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook until eggs reach desired consistency.
