Classic zucchini bread ingredients come together in this soft, moist and 100% dairy and egg-free recipe!

Main Ingredients

Mix together all dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl

In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Fold the shredded zucchini into the batter.

Add batter to an 8x4" loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes.

Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
