What you'll need
eggs shredded cheddar milk hashbrowns
mushrooms peppers salt garlic onion powder
In a large skillet, cook the veggie sausage, mushrooms and peppers until browned.
Spread hash browns in a thin layer in an 8x11 baking dish
Top the hash browns with cooked veggie sausage, bell peppers and mushrooms
Top with shredded cheddar cheese
Add whisked egg, milk and spice mixture
