One Pot Vegetarian Chili Mac

Vegetarian chili mac is a classic comfort food recipe that made in one pot in just 30 minutes.

Saute vegetables in a dutch oven over medium-high heat. Drizzle olive oil and cook until onions and mushrooms are softened.
