Vegetarian Stir Fry Sauce

This vegetarian stir-fry sauce takes 5 minutes to make, and it's filled with lots of flavors! It's perfect for noodle or tofu stir fries.
Start by grating ginger and garlic with a microplane or a box grater.
Add the other ingredients in a jar or bowl, and whisk to combine.
Add to stir-fries at the same time as noodles, or at the end of cooking the stir fry.
