Flavorful, veggie-packed pita pizzas topped with pesto, peppers and zucchini! Perfect for lunch or dinner.
What you'll need
Sauté peppers, zucchini and tomato with olive oil for 4-5 minutes, until softened.
Meanwhile, make pesto in a blender (or use store bought pesto!)
Spread pesto out onto each whole wheat pita
Sprinkle with cheese then add the sautéed veggies
Add a little more cheese on top then bake for 8-10 minutes at 400F.
