White Cheddar Mac and Cheese

This white cheddar mac and cheese uses two types of white cheddar with a crispy panko topping.

What you'll need

Start by melting butter in a saute pan. Sprinkle in flour. Toast the flour until it is golden, about 2 minutes.


Slowly whisk in the milk until all of it is combined. Bring to a simmer.


Add in the white cheddar and seasonings. The sauce is ready when thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.


Toast the panko breadcrumbs with butter until the breadcrumbs are golden.


Top the mac and cheese with the panko breadcrumbs. Enjoy!
