Chocolate Coffee Overnight Oats

Mocha style overnight oats are perfect for meal prep breakfast or as a healthy dessert.

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats AKA rolled oats
  • 1 cup hot coffee or cold brew coffee
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey, maple, or agave syrup
  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • Stir together the oats, cocoa powder and salt in a medium bowl or large jar until the oats are fully coated in cocoa powder.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 3 hours.
  • Enjoy topped with fresh fruit, chopped almonds, and bittersweet chocolate.
