Smokey Miso Bean Dip

  • 2 cups white beans, such as navy or great northern
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable broth or water
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon yellow miso
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika


  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until fully pureed and smooth. Top with extra olive oil and smoked paprika if desired. Serve hot or cold. Store in covered container in fridge for up to one week.
