Everything Bagel Crackers

just 4 ingredients!

All-purpose flour Extra virgin olive oil Ice water Everything bagel seasoning (I use Trader Joe's brand)


In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and everything bagel seasoning.

Step 1

Add the olive oil. Use a fork to combine with the all-purpose flour. It will be crumbly.

Step 2

Stir in ice water 1 tablespoon at a time. Add water until the dough holds together and is no longer crumbly.

Step 3

Sprinkle flour lightly on your work surface. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet. Use small biscuit cutters to cut out the cracker shapes.

Step 4

Bake the crackers on a parchment paper lined baking sheet at 350F for 15-20 minutes. Check on them often to avoid burning.

Step 5

Store the everything bagel crackers at in a closed container at room temperature for 4-5 days. They are great in soup and with hummus!
