The creamy cheese sauce is nut-free because it's made with coconut milk!

Main Ingredients

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until golden and fragrant. 


Sprinkle in the flour, whisking for 1-2 minutes, until lightly toasted. It will be a little lumpy but that's okay.


Whisk continuously while slowly pouring in ¼ cup of the coconut milk. Stir until a thick paste of the flour and milk forms.


Slowly pour in the remaining liquid while whisking to avoid lumps. Add in the miso, nutritional yeast and spices.
