Ingredients

old-fashioned oats
AKA rolled oats

hot coffee or cold brew coffee

cup
non-dairy milk

tablespoons
cocoa powder

tablespoons
chia seeds (optional)

honey, maple, or agave syrup

Instructions
Stir together the oats, cocoa powder and salt in a medium bowl or large jar until the oats are fully coated in cocoa powder.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 3 hours.
Enjoy topped with fresh fruit, chopped almonds, and bittersweet chocolate.
