To make the simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a small pot. Simmer gently, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved into the water, just a few minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
In a blender, combine the frozen peach slices, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and 3 tablespoons (1.5 ounces) of the simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Add extra ice as needed and taste for lime juice and simple syrup. Enjoy!

Notes
Peaches: If you don't have frozen peaches, you can peel and slice a ripe peach. Freeze for at least 2 hours before using.
Lime juice: I recommend fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
Simple syrup: This recipe makes 1 cup of simple syrup. It can be cut in half to have less leftover. Leftover simple syrup can be refrigerated for up to a week.
In case you're wondering: this recipe works with all kinds of frozen fruit! Swap the peaches for an equal amount of frozen mango, frozen strawberries, kiwi, etc.
